What is the ‘Your Health’ 12 week Healthy Lifestyles programme?
Over the next 12 weeks, we will work together to set and achieve realistic goals towards your desired health outcome.
Lucy will be on hand to answer questions and support you until your new habits become routine. Personal support will be provided via an downloadable nutrition app, text and email. (one-to-one appointments can be arranged at an additional cost)
You can expect to receive regular articles, advice and recipes to guide you towards your goal, as well as support from Lucy.
